All possible steps to be taken for relief of flood victims PM YOUSUF RAZA GILANI

NURPUR NORANGA (Bahawalpur), Aug 20: Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani on Friday said that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) is with the flood affected people and all possible steps will be taken for their relief and rehabilitation. Speaking to a large public gathering here, he said that the amount allocated for development projects will now be utilized for relief and rehabilitation of the flood victims.He said that the people have elected Pakistan Peoples Party for five years and we will complete our tenure. He said that Pakistan Peoples Party is the party established by Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and it is the party which gave self respect to the poor masses.


The prime minister said that the party has empowered people as per dream of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto. He said that we are fulfilling all our promises which we made to the people.
He said that we have restored the 1973 constitution which was revoked by a dictator. He said that we have given powers to the provinces.
Prime Minister Gilani said that we are aware of people’s problems and steps are being taken for their redressel. He said that sense of deprivation of the people of Southern Punjab will be removed.
Talking about bye-elections of NA-184, he said that people will re-elect Aamir Yar Warren and his victory will be the triumph of people, Pakistan Peoples Party, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.
He said that a motorway will be constructed from Faisalabad to Bahawalpur via Multan which will be extended to Karachi. Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Hamid Saeed Kazmi, MNA Arif Aziz Sheikh, candidate for NA-184 ex-MNA Malik Aamir Yar Warren and MPA Malik Shahrukh also addressed the gathering.
Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Qamar Zaman Kaira, Federal Minister for Health Makhdoom Shahab-ud-Din, parliamentarians, party office bearers, party workers and a large number of people were also present.
